The Forum and Jones Day invite you to join us for a Virtual CLE Program on Thursday, December 10th. Through role playing and audience involvement, the panel will provide a lighthearted look at common mistakes and misunderstandings by a hypothetical company in responding to a security incident, through the eyes of the CEO and General Counsel. The presentation will review best practices for conducting an investigation; internal and external PR issues; common legal and compliance issues; preservation, privilege and other litigation issues; and effectively interfacing with external constituents.
