Ms. Gallerano currently serves as Executive Vice President/General Counsel of Guaranty Bank & Trust, Division of Glacier Bank, where she is a member of the division’s executive management team and has primary responsibility over its legal function.  Before joining Guaranty in 2021, she spent five years as General Counsel for Epsilon Data Management, LLC, a leading international data management and marketing company, where she served as its chief legal advisor and headed Epsilon’s global legal department.  She made the move to corporate in-house counsel after twenty-eight years in private practice at Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld LLP, where she was a partner in the business litigation and investigations practice — primarily representing corporate defendants, but also representing corporate plaintiffs in protecting their business interests and opportunities.  She served on numerous firm committees while at Akin Gump, regularly participated in the firm’s hiring and pro bono activities, and was recognized by Best Lawyers in America from 2013-2017.  Among her other interests, she is a current board member of the Dallas Film Society, Inc., which hosts the annual Dallas International Film Festival; co-chaired the 2023 “Be the Tie” Annual Luncheon benefitting Jonathan’s Place; and has served on past boards of ShakespeareDallas, Inc. and Catholic Charities of Dallas, Inc.  She is a graduate of the SMU Dedman School of Law, where she has also taught Trial Advocacy as an Adjunct Professor; the University of Dallas (2001 “Outstanding Alumnae”); Leadership Dallas and Leadership Arts.  She is the proud mother of four productive adult children — one actor/filmmaker, two lawyers, and a physical therapist; proud Lola to seven small but feisty grandchildren; and is passionate about live music and Dallas Stars hockey.  She is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
