The Robert H. Dedman Award for Ethics & Law Dinner was established in 2001 to honor the late Robert H. Dedman for his commitment to leadership and ethics. Each year, the Dallas-Ft. Worth Chapter selects an individual whose dedication to business ethics, communication and management practices has distinguished them amongst their peers. Since its inception, the corresponding award dinner has raised thousands of dollars for the Forrest Smith General Counsel Forum Scholarship Fund. Individual scholarships are presented to deserving students at SMU Dedman School of Law. This year’s Dedman Award recipient will be honored at the 19th Annual Dedman Award Dinner on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at Belo Mansion. Dinner Sponsor Tables and Tickets will be available for purchase beginning December 2, 2019.
