The Forum and Special Counsel invite you to join us for a Virtual Ethics CLE Program on Wednesday, June 30th. We are living in a world where connectedness is becoming increasingly full-time. Email, text messages, chat, social media – these are all examples of how we communicate with one another and just a sample of electronic information that is potentially discoverable. 99+% of information is electronic and it is competent counsel’s responsibility to properly manage the preservation and collection of said information when relevant to discovery. This program will discuss how forensic collections dovetails with the Model Rules of Professional Ethics and provide a roadmap for navigating a defensible collections process.
