The Forum and Pye Legal Group invite you to join us for a Virtual CLE Program on Wednesday, October 21st featuring a panel of General Counsels sharing how they confront the challenges of running a legal team during the chaos of a pandemic. Discussion topics will include: hiring and staffing during a hiring freeze and/or remote work; adjusting to changes in the executive team or company’s performance; maintaining team collaboration and morale while working remotely; when and how to return to the office; and changes in the legal department that will outlive the current crisis.
