The Forum and Jackson Walker LLP invite you to join us for a Virtual CLE Program on Wednesday, October 13th. On September 1, 2021, several changes went into effect in the law governing sexual harassment in Texas. These changes significantly expand the protections for employees who assert a claim of sexual harassment under Chapter 21 of the Texas Labor Code, creating greater potential liability for employers (and their employees) in the workplace. This program will provide not only the legal aspects of the changes made concerning sexual harassment and what employers can do to mitigate their legal risk but will also provide a practical discussion of how to recognize and eliminate sexual harassment risks while striving to create a more inclusive workplace.
