This CLE is geared toward in-house counsel tasked with drafting restrictive covenants for their employees and will provide a “top ten” list of drafting mistakes and how to avoid them. We will discuss statutory requirements and the types of covenant to which the statutory requirements apply, as well as how courts in Texas currently interpret them.
