HOU Quarterly Program

Texas General Counsel Forum invites you to join us for our Houston Chapter’s Quarterly Program and lunch on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at The Briar Club in the Magnolia Ballroom featuring David Morrell, Partner at Jones Day. The first Trump administration witnessed a fundamental reorientation of U.S. trade policy, with increasing use of tariffs and other trade measures to achieve a range of policy objectives. This program will discuss what companies should expect under the second Trump administration and how they can prepare.

David previously held senior roles in the first Trump Administration, serving in the White House and U.S. Department of Justice. During his tenure, David advised on a range of international trade issues, including tariffs and related investigations.
