William H. “Bill” Flores began serving as Vice-Chair and Independent Board Member of Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) in in November of 2021. With his extensive expertise, including serving as CEO of an oil and natural gas company, Flores explores the legal issues and challenges of rebuilding the Texas Energy Grid examining both scientific realities and policymaker fantasies.
