Texas General Counsel Forum invites you to join us for our Austin-San Antonio Chapter’s Quarterly Program on Thursday, September 4, 2025. Elizabeth Hadley of Greenberg Traurig and Megan Mauro of TAB will give an overview of the Texas legislative process, and an overall update on legislation passed by the 89th Texas Legislature this year, with an emphasis on bills affecting Texas businesses. They will cover what the legislature updated related to Texas corporate entities, the Texas Business Courts, healthcare, foreign ownership of land, small business council initiatives, tax, tech and innovation policies, and more.
