Using interactive audience polling equipment, this event will:

Identify the corporate governance practices of the group and compare those against current "best practices."
Attempt to characterize the group's relationship between counsel and the Board and, if appropriate, suggest ways to improve same.
Determine if recent cases and trends in Investigations Practice have caused others to make changes in the way they plan to handle such matters in the future.
Delve into key D/O insurance issues including the placement process and positioning strategies, bench-marking and the structure of the coverage in today's business environment.
