This presentation will focus on Mr. Gibbs' recent experience assisting in the relocation of Whataburger's corporate headquarters from Corpus Christi to San Antonio. Including: the advantages and use of a relocation company, the basic components of a relocation policy, and the need for an internal relocation committee. Other discussion topics will include the applicability of the WARN Act, retention and repayment agreements, and management of corporate culture change.
